Within one year of your purchase, if your prescription changes, we will provide a new set of lenses at no charge.
This applies to adults and children.
Sometimes your vision shifts. Sometimes glasses feel different once you are back in your normal routine. If that happens, we will adjust or remake your lenses so they work properly for you.
Questions About Your Glasses or Your Glasses Are Not Feeling Right?
If your vision is not as clear or comfortable as it should be, we can take a look and figure out why. Sometimes it is a simple adjustment. Sometimes your prescription has changed. Either way, we will help you sort it out.
