We start developing visual skills in childhood, fine-tuning our skills as we grow. And, just as other skills are important for life, visual skills are crucial to almost everything we do.
Vision therapy is a cornerstone of our approach to enhancing patients' visual and neurological health. The body is a complex system, with the brain working in tandem with other parts of the body to produce function and movement. If the brain and eyes don't work together as a team, vision therapy may be needed to help correct this. Think of it as physiotherapy for the eyes, which is visual skills training and improvement exercise.
