Meet Madison, Our Patient Care Coordinator

Madison brings over four years of expertise in the optical field to the A B See team. As the Patient Care Coordinator, she is dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. With her passion for eye care and commitment to exceptional service, Madison plays a crucial role in making your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible.

A lifelong resident of Kelowna, Madison loves spending her free time with her family and her dog, Wesley. She also enjoys indulging in crafts and puzzles when she's not at the office.

Max

Vision Therapist, Kinesiologist

Max is a trained vision therapist at A B See Optometry and Vision Therapy in Kelowna, where he works closely with patients–especially those recovering from concussions–to help improve visual skills, coordination, and overall function of the eyes. He holds a degree in Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan and brings a strong background in rehabilitation to his role, with a focus on evidence-based strategies.

Originally from North Vancouver, Max grew up playing competitive lacrosse and soccer, and has a lifelong passion for physical activity–including skiing and hiking. After completing his undergraduate studies, he chose to stay in Kelowna, where you'll often find him on the local trails or skiing up at Big White.
